We organize simple hands-on cooking lessons, held by a typical italian "Mamma" who will show the participants the secrets of the Mediterranean way of cooking and offer tastings of the most typical dishes of the "Cucina Marchigiana". Courses are designed for enthusiastic amateurs, gourmets and anyone who appreciates food, wine and cooking.

The traditional cooking of "The Marche" is one of the most representative expressions of Mediterranean cooking. Our region is a combination of sea, hills, and mountains and provides various environments for sources of food.

You will be able to make delicious antipasti, primi piatti, secondi and desserts, complete Italian meals,and you'll come back home and impress your friends with those delicious and tasty recipes...

Enjoy what you've cooked! At the end of the course, supervised by the teacher, all participants will cook their own meal and have lunch or dinner together in a friendly and familiar atmosphere.
