Wednesday: from 2 pm to 8 pm A guided tour of 2 wineries of the Le Marche region including:
Visit the vineyards, learn about grape varieties and how climate and soil effect wine.
Visit the wine cellars (cantina)and learn how wine is made.
Taste the different wines accompanied by typical food products of Le Marche.
Learn how to taste the wine like an expert and the skills of wine/food matching.
Friday: from 5 to 10 pm Hands-on cookery course Preparation of a complete italian menu (from "antipasto" to "dolce") and rich dinner with wine tasting of at least 4 different quality wines of the region which match perfectly with the exquisite recipes you have cooked.
If possible we will combine the cooking course with a brief visit to a local olive oil producer/ mill with sampling of different quality extra virgin olive oils. During visits to wineries or olive oil producers it will be possible to buy quality wines and oil directly from the producers at discount prices.
